Shipping Policy

Items are processed and shipped within one business day, via FEDEX or USPS (United States Postal Service).

For all Standard Shipping (non-express), please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. All orders over $100 will have free express delivery.

We ship from Monday to Friday, except holidays. You will receive an email with the tracking number.

For Purchases Shipped Outside of the United States, Local Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees are Payable by Purchaser. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

If the order was shipped before we become aware that the customer wants to cancel it, the customer will be eligible for a refund upon the return of the product, rather than a cancellation.  

 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Refunds and Returns

Returns are accepted on all unopened bottles within 30 calendar days of purchase and refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please email us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number prior returning the product. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed the refund.

The refund will be processed within one business day of receiving the returned merchandise.  Depending on your bank, it may take up to 72 hours to see the refund in your credit card account.


We replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
