A typical dose for an adult is 1 teaspoon per day (about 5ml) of olive oil C60 / avocado oil C60, or 2 teaspoons per day (about 10ml) of MCT Coconut C60.
The product can be taken with or without food. No negative side effects of C60 in Oil have been documented. However, C60 and any Oil can interact with each person differently, so you maybe want to adjust your dosage based on your experience

Depends on the type of oil. If you buy a 4oz (120ml) bottle of Olive oil or Avocado oil and you are taking 5ml per day, that will give you a 24 day supply.
If you buy a 4oz (120ml) bottle of MCT Coconut oil and you are taking 10ml per day, that will give you a 12 day supply.  

Yes, many of our clients tell us they are taking more. No negative side effects of C60 in Olive Oil have been reported.
C60 and the specific Oil do interact with each person differently, so you maybe need to adjust your dosage based on your experience.
Taking large doses of C60 in Oil might mean lots of trips to the restroom.

Each person is different and the time to observe the first effects are very variable. Some people see changes after just a few days, while others don't notice any changes for months.
We recommend that you try it for at least 3 months.

We recommend storing the oil in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight, away from the stove or any other heat generating appliances.
We do not recommend refrigerate or freeze the product.

When stored properly an unopened bottle of Carbon 60 oil has a shelf life of up to two years.
Once opened, we recommend using it within 60 days for maximum quality.

Avocado or olive oil with C60 must be a bright brown/ or dark amber.
MCT oil with C60 must be purple
